Terms of Service

⚠By accessing or using Engagemint in any capacity — including browsing, connecting a wallet, linking a social account, creating a campaign, or completing tasks — you automatically and unconditionally agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.

1. Platform Description

Engagemint ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") is a web-based service that enables content creators to fund engagement campaigns using the $MINT token and allows viewers to earn rewards by completing engagement tasks on supported platforms (YouTube, Twitch, and Kick). The Platform is provided on an experimental, "as-is" basis.

2. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Terminate Service

The developers, operators, and affiliates of Engagemint (collectively, "the Team") reserve the absolute and unconditional right to:

  • Modify, suspend, restrict, or permanently discontinue all or any part of the Platform at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without prior notice.
  • Alter, revoke, or introduce fees, features, token mechanics, reward structures, campaign parameters, or any other aspect of the service at their sole discretion.
  • Terminate or restrict any user's access to the Platform without cause, justification, or advance notice.

You acknowledge and agree that the Team shall bear no liability whatsoever for any losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from the modification, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its features.

3. No Guarantee of Rewards or Payouts

⚠Completing engagement tasks does not guarantee that you will receive any reward, payout, or compensation of any kind. Rewards are distributed at the sole discretion of the Platform and are subject to the conditions described herein.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, payouts may be delayed, reduced, or withheld entirely due to, including but not limited to:

  • Software bugs, errors, downtime, or unexpected system behaviour.
  • Security incidents, including but not limited to hacking, exploits, unauthorized access, key compromise, phishing attacks, social engineering, or any form of malicious interference with the Platform or its infrastructure.
  • Drainage, loss, or theft of funds from Platform wallets, reward pools, or any associated accounts, whether caused by internal or external parties.
  • Blockchain network congestion, failures, forks, or reorganizations.
  • Campaign cancellation, creator default, or insufficient pool funding.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, sybil attacks, bot usage, or any violation of these Terms.
  • Any other technical, operational, legal, or force-majeure event that impairs the Platform's ability to distribute rewards.

You expressly acknowledge that participation in campaigns is speculative and that you assume all risk of non-payment. The Team shall have no obligation to reimburse, compensate, or make whole any user for any unreceived, delayed, or reduced rewards under any circumstances.

4. Token Operations & Team Rights

The Team, its members, developers, and affiliated parties expressly reserve the right to:

  • Buy, sell, transfer, stake, provide liquidity for, or otherwise transact in the $MINT token at any time and in any quantity, on any exchange or platform, at their sole discretion.
  • Modify the token supply, distribution mechanics, emission schedule, or any other parameter of the $MINT token without prior notice.
  • Allocate, redistribute, burn, or otherwise manage Platform-held tokens at their discretion for operational, developmental, or any other purposes.

The $MINT token is a utility token used within the Engagemint ecosystem. It is not a security, investment contract, or financial instrument of any kind. No representation is made regarding its future value, liquidity, or utility. You should not purchase or hold $MINT with any expectation of profit.

5. Accounts & Authentication

You sign in through Google or Twitch via our authentication provider (Privy). An embedded wallet is automatically created upon sign-in. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share your credentials or attempt to access another user's account. The Team may terminate or restrict accounts at any time without notice or cause.

6. Campaign Participation

  • Tasks must be completed genuinely. Automated bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or any form of artificial engagement are strictly prohibited.
  • The Team reserves the right to withhold rewards, void task completions, or ban users for suspected fraudulent or ineligible activity, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide evidence or justification.
  • Prize pools are funded by campaign creators. The Platform acts solely as an intermediary and makes no guarantees regarding the availability, sufficiency, or distribution of any prize pool.
  • Campaign rules, reward calculations, and eligibility criteria may be modified by the Team at any time.

7. Assumption of Risk

By using Engagemint, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

  • Cryptocurrency and blockchain technology carry inherent risks including volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and technical vulnerabilities.
  • The Platform may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors that could result in the loss of funds or tokens.
  • Third-party platforms (YouTube, Twitch, Kick) may change their APIs, terms, or policies at any time, which may impair the functionality of Engagemint.
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible. The Team is not responsible for transactions once submitted to the network.

You participate in Engagemint entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TEAM, ITS MEMBERS, DEVELOPERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST REWARDS, LOST TOKENS, LOST PROFITS, WALLET COMPROMISE, DATA LOSS, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, OR ANY FAILURE TO DISTRIBUTE REWARDS, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OR THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF THE TEAM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE PLATFORM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Team and its members from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

10. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using bots, automation, or scripts to complete tasks or interact with the Platform.
  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit campaigns or circumvent restrictions.
  • Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Platform or its infrastructure.
  • Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party terms.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or creators.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, code, and materials on the Platform are the property of Engagemint or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Team operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
